What RIPL is

Finished-shape micro metal parts, from one process

Resin Infused Powder Lithography (RIPL™) builds the part layer by layer in 316L or 17-4PH stainless steel, then sinters it to wrought-equivalent tensile and yield strength. No tooling, no burrs, finished shape — features down to 25 microns on parts 2–5 mm in typical size.

At the show

Three things to do at Booth 2817

1
Bring the part or the drawing. Engineers at the booth read STEP files on the spot and say what RIPL can and cannot do for it.
2

Handle the samples. Articulated graspers, multi-lumen tips, lattice screws and snake-joint links, each a single net-shape part.

3

Leave with a number. Quotes typically return within 24 hours of a STEP file.
